About this event

The CfPA invites you to join us on February 27th at the OTC Markets Group headquarters for a discussion on regulatory changes and funding options for entrepreneurs and mid-sized companies looking to raise capital. In 2012, the JOBS Act was signed into effect, allowing entrepreneurs to raise capital online from the general public through general solicitation. Over the past eight years, companies have issued shares under three major exemptions, Regulation CF, Regulation D, and Regulation A+. During this panel discussion, we will discuss the pros and cons of utilizing each exemption.

This event is by invitation only and space is limited. Please RSVP by February 21, 2020. We look forward to see you there.
